DESCRIPTION:The Chesilhurst Boro residents\, and surrounding communities and churches are invited to join the members and friends of Grant AME Church at 720 4th Avenue in Chesilhurst\, NJ\, to share highlights of  the book of their choice written by an African American Author. We serve a light lunch at 1:00 PM and then begin with our youth readers. Original poetry\, recitations and presentations from Adult readers are shared in the next segment.  Every year we invite an author to speak on their journey into writing. This year we have invited Dr. Cadmus S. Hull\, Ed. D.\, educator\, author and CEO of SSJ Books. \nPresenters must submit their names and book title to Maria Littles\, Christian Education Director at Grant AME Church by email by January 25\, 2024\, at marialittles@aol.com to be included in the event.
