DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Black Student Coalition (BSC) and the Library\, we are pleased to host the 2026 African American Read-In taking place on Thursday\, Feb. 19\, at 4:30 p.m. in the Spencer-Weinstein Center for Community and Justice. Dinner will follow the program. All students\, faculty\, and staff are warmly invited to be a part of this community event! \nThis year’s theme\, “The Sacred\, the Seen\, and the Silenced: Black Mythology and Cultural Memory\,” invites us to explore spirituality\, religion\, and cultural and oral history through Black and African American literature and artistic expressions.
