SHES’s African American Read-In 2021

February 18, 2021

Snow Hill Elementary School will host a AA Read-In event on February 18, 2021. The event will feature Malcolm Mitchell’s picture book My Very Favorite Book in the Whole Wide World. Readers from the school community will visit classrooms to read to students in grades PreK through 3. Each classroom will receive a copy of Mitchell’s book to add to the classroom library. Students who are learning virtually will have access to a video of Mitchell reading his book via the school website.
