The NCTE Early Career Educator of Color (ECEOC) Leadership Award program offers leadership and mentorship growth opportunities to early career teachers of color, accelerating accomplished teaching careers in literacy education.   

More than 100 current and alumni leaders, from Maine to Hawai’i, spanning early elementary to graduate studies, have participated in the program since 2008.
