Note: All directors (or their designated alternates) must be current members of NCTE.

Instructions:

This form is used to confirm attendance at the online 2021 NCTE Annual Business Meeting. It is very important for Affiliate Directors to submit this form. Affiliates not represented at the Annual Business Meeting for three consecutive years may lose their charter under the NCTE Constitution. Please note that 2020 will not count towards the consecutive year count as there was no formal meeting held online or in-person.
