Annual Business Meeting for the Board of Directors and Other Members of the Council -- Friday, November 17, 2023. Instructions: This form is used to confirm attendance at the meeting. It is very important for affiliate directors to turn in the form. Affiliates not represented at the Annual Business Meeting for three consecutive years may lose their charter, under the NCTE Constitution.
