Instructions

Use this form to submit any exhibitor registration cancellations or to replace an existing registrant.

  • Submit one form per cancellation or replacement.
  • If you are adding a new person beyond your original allotment, a $100 registration fee will apply.

Important Reminders

  • The first name, last name, pronouns, and company name will appear on each exhibitor badge.
  • Each registrant must have a unique email address.
  • NCTE will send an invoice with a payment link to your billing contact for any additional $100 fees.
