2024 NCTE Annual Convention Exhibitor Registrations: Cancellations or Replacements

  • Instructions:

    Complete this form to reflect any exhibitor registration cancellations or any replacing of exhibitors registrations that the company has. You will need to submit a new form for every cancellation or replacement. Contact aconner@ncte.org with any questions.

  • Reminder:

    Company agrees to pay $100 registration fee per person for any attendee added over the allotted number on your exhibitor agreement. First name, last name, pronouns, and company name will print on registrant's exhibitor badge. A unique email address is required for each person. NCTE will contact the billing contact at the phone number below to process payment for the $100 registrations for allotments. Contact aconner@ncte.org with any questions.
