In the beginning of her novel Castiel forces readers to assume their identity by providing them with three separate orders in which to read the novel she informs the reader that the letters are not to be read and usual sequence all letters are numbered to aid in following any one of the authors proposed options (Castillo P. 7) She gives an order for reading for three types of people: the conformist, the cynic any quixotic. She adds that each letter can also read as an individual piece of fiction.
