Anna is sixteen years old and has lost two older brothers. Jonas died of AIDS when Anna was only eleven years old. His death was very traumatic for Anna and her family. Her other brother, Michael, has been presumed dead for two years in the former Yugoslavia- the country Anna and her family fled for Belgium some time ago.
