NCTE Secondary Logo
Option One
A Secondary Logo may be used when the page element is not needed, but its use should be minimal. The logo must appear in all black when there is only the option of black on a white background. When there is a color option on a white background, “NCTE” and “Teachers of English” must appear in the same specified color from the Bold color palette. In addition, the text “National Council of” must always be in black. When the logo is placed on a color background other than black, “NCTE” and “Teachers of English” can appear in black or white.
Option Two
The abbreviated version of the Secondary Logo may be used when the page element and “National Council of Teachers of English” are not needed, but its use should be minimal as well. The logo must appear in all black when there is only the option of black on a white background. When there is a color option on a white background, “NCTE” must appear in a specified color from the Bold color palette. When the logo is placed on a color background other than black, “NCTE” can appear in black or white. When the logo is placed on a black background, the logo must always appear in all white.
