10th Annual Envision Science Academy African American Read-In

Dear Future Readers,
We’re thrilled to have you join us for our 10th Annual African American Read-In on February 28th, as we celebrate Black History Month and The Creative Collective together! Your presence will inspire and empower our students, and we can’t wait to welcome you to Envision Science Academy.
Below are a few key details and the schedule for the morning:
Campus Address:
Envision Science Academy
590 Traditions Grande Blvd
Wake Forest, NC
Directions: Follow Traditions Grande Blvd to the circle, turn right on Oak Grove Rd, and enter through the front entrance.
Morning Schedule:
- 8:15 AM – Arrive, park in the designated visitor area, and check in at the main office.
- 8:30 AM – Enjoy a light breakfast and select a book if needed. Feel free to use books, poems, or iPads for your presentation.
- 9:00 AM – Welcome ceremony and group singing of the National Black Anthem. Great opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers!
- 9:20 AM – Student ambassadors will guide you to your assigned classrooms.
- 10:00 AM – Wrap up and meet back in the commons area.
- 10:10 – 10:20 AM – Event concludes.
