African American Read-In at FAMU DRS: Envisioning New Worlds

FAMU DRS will be hosting an African American Read-In in partnership with the FAMU Lit Guild on February 27. The theme of this year’s AARI will be Envisioning New Worlds. Students in elementary, middle and high school are invited to participate. Each participant will be given a book to read, broken down by grade level. They will have until February 27 to read their assigned book. On the day of the Read-In, students will listen to a read-aloud and discuss their books in leveled book clubs.
