Berkshire Middle School Presents: the African American Read In 2026

Berkshire’s 1st African American Read In will take place Friday, February 27th. We are excited to spend the afternoon (1-3pm) celebrating and learning about African American and Black authors. We have so much planned: book speed dating, reading time, bookmark-making, blackout poetry, book trailer viewing, a hot cocoa bar, giveaways, and more! This event will focus on the work and contributions by Black authors, and is open to all students who love to read.
