Entering Art to Write and Read

February 18, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Students at the Baxter Community Center will have an opportunity to explore the art of Jacob Lawrence, to write about the experience then read what they’ve written to classmates.  The goal is to create an e-book of their writing so others can read and learn about this renowned artist whose work captured so vividly every day of African Americans.
