Friends of the Fernandina Beach Library National African American Read In

The 33rd National African American Read-In is the Nation’s first and oldest event dedicated to diversity in literature. It was established by the Black Caucus of the National Council of Teachers of English to make literacy a significant part of Black History Month.
The public is invited to attend and participate by bringing a 1-2 minute reading from any material written by an African American
