Join us for an inspiring online reading and discussion of works written for and performed by African American women poets at U.S. Presidential inaugurations: “On the Pulse of Morning” by Maya Angelou (1993), “Praise Song for the Day” by Elizabeth Alexander (2009), and “The Hill We Climb” by Amanda Gorman (2021).
