Inaugural African American Read-In @ Delta College

FreeHere at Delta College, located in Saginaw, MI, we are hosting our Inaugural African American Read-in. Our one-day campus event invites students, faculty, and staff to join us and read from works written by African-American poets. We will have a curated list of poets and poems so that there are pieces of literature provided for the event. We encourage everyone to choose a favorite piece, read the poem in its entirety, and celebrate the work of some of our most prize American poets. The event will be held in on the main campus (Rm. S-105) from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, and at our Delta College Downtown Saginaw Center from 4:00pm-5:00pm, February 27, 2024.
