Les Gemmes, Inc (Hendersonville Area Chapter) Book Club

Hendersonville Area Chapter of Les Gemmes, Inc. will host our inaugural Gemme Sisters Book Club (GSBC) on National African American Read-In Day 2025
The book club’s goal is to foster a supportive community where black women can explore and discuss literature focused on empowerment, leadership, and personal growth. The Gemme Sisters Book Club should:
- Serve as a safe space for black women of all ages and backgrounds for open and insightful discussions about literature and the black experience.
- Cultivate a love of reading and support literacy among black women.
- Facilitate the exploration of diverse perspectives and experiences through books by black authors.
- Build a supportive community for black women to network, connect, share stories, and inspire one another in their personal and professional lives.
