CCCC 2026: Intent to Present Offsite

Presenters accepted to the 2026 CCCC Annual Convention but who cannot attend and who intend to sign up for one of the synchronous remote presentation options are asked to complete this form by February 4, 2026. Please read the full guidelines and requirements for remote participation prior to completing this form. Please note that offsite presentations will not be made available as part of the offerings for CCCC 2026 Livestream registrants or the event platform and will only be available to those attending the session in Cleveland.

I will prerecord a video that my onsite contact and/or co-panelists will share during the in-person session at the Convention on their own device.

I will present remotely during the in-person session at the Convention. My onsite contact and/or co-panelists understand they are responsible for setting up the remote connection on their own device during the session and will be able to field questions with in-person attendees.
