This is a follow-up to a Policy Analysis Report I wrote on October 31, 2016:

In December 2016, the Bureau of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) approved the Louisiana Connectors for Students wth Significant Disabilities and English Language Learners. These are, according to the Louisiana Department of Education, “pathways for students with significant disabilities and English Language Learners to meet the Louisiana State Standards.” This news comes in the LA Dept. of Education’s newsletter: http://www.louisianabelieves.com/docs/default-source/newsroom/ed-connect-for-louisiana-educators-12-15-16309cf05b8c9b66d6b292ff0000215f92.pdf?sfvrsn=4
Based on the links in the newsletter, it seems that one document has the Louisiana Connectors for English Language Learners:

and another link goes to a separate “Louisiana Connectors for Students with Significant Disabilities” document.
