House Bill 3399, which seems likely to pass the Oklahoma legislature, will withdraw Oklahoma from the Common Core initiative. Legislators are considering returning to the former standards or drafting new ones. There is still confusion over tests, as test developer Pearson has already created tests based upon the Common Core.
