All high school juniors in Nebraska were required to take the ACT during the 2016-2017 academic year. The ACT replaced the statewide Language Arts test and was administered at no cost to students at every high school throughout the state. Results from last year’s test found 54% of all juniors on track to succeed in college English coursework. This test will continued to be administered to all juniors this academic year.
