Text and Tech: Reading Together 

The third Thursday of the month, February through June 2026

Text and Tech: Reading Together is an interactive book club designed for educators interested in supporting students as lifelong readers in any format, from print to tablet and everywhere in between. Co-produced by the National Council of Teachers of English and the Sora reading platform, this webinar series will be a deep dive into NCTE’s Text and Tech: Reading All Ways in K–8Each session will feature Text and Tech contributors who will unpack a chapter of the book, share classroom applications and immediate takeaways, and engage in live discussion with participants.

Whether you’re a classroom teacher, instructional coach, or literacy leader, this series offers fresh insights and practical strategies for creating a balanced, student-centered approach to literacy, where traditional texts and digital tools work hand in hand.

 

This event is free for NCTE members and nonmembers.

Registration for each event will close at 1:30 p.m. ET on the day of the event. Registrants will receive a Zoom meeting invitation after registering and reminder emails in advance of the event.
