2026 Achievement Awards in Writing: Call for Reviewers

All reviewers will receive instructions and judging criteria with the submissions assigned to them. The judging deadline is Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

As a token of NCTE’s gratitude for your time and your attention to this endeavor, all reviewers will receive a 50% discount code for the NCTE Store following the assessment of the assigned submissions, and all judges will be entered into a drawing for additional prizes!

  • If you live and teach in two different states or provinces, please include both.
  • Certificates will be emailed within a week of completing the judging process.
  • Contest judging takes place from August to November each year.
  • This year, NCTE would like to express its gratitude to reviewers by highlighting their service in the summer of 2026. We plan to shout out each reviewer on our website with their first name, last name, and state/territory. To opt out or modify what is shared, please select one of the options below.
