Prince Brat is a young problem child who is often getting himself into trouble. But, Prince Brat never has to worry about punishment. Prince Brat has Jemmy, a common boy, who is kept in the castle to be punished in Prince Brat’s place. Jemmy is otherwise known as the whipping boy.
