“Logan, a mostly nonverbal tween, is eager to attend a parade with his family. His parents prepare him for the adventure, and his sister reminds them that Logan is more thoughtful than he can express. They ride a train, where Logan is friendly to other passengers and meets a girl with a teddy bear. When they arrive at the parade, Logan becomes overwhelmed by the crowds, picturing the people as monsters. Fearful, Logan runs away from his family in an attempt to flee the monsters. Logan imagines himself as a superhero, ThunderBoom, to cope with the stress.”
