Ewing Public Schools African American Read-In

February 23, 2024 - February 29, 2024

Students in grades K-8 will participate in activities in ELA classes that will expose them to Black authors and their works. They’ll have time to learn about the authors, read and/or listen to their stories, and engage in class discussions about what they learned. Students will complete an activity about the books and authors. They will also be given an opportunity to share their favorite works by Black writers.
