2026 NCTE Annual Convention Caucus Event Proposal Form

NCTE caucuses wishing to submit a proposal for a $1,000 grant to support an activity at the 2026 NCTE Annual Convention to be held in Philadelphia, PA, November 19–22, should complete the proposal form below by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026. The sponsored events must be open to all attendees. Collaboration between caucuses throughout the planning process is welcomed, and funding may be combined. Please review the NCTE Caucus Grants for Convention Policy in advance of completing the form.
