These events provide opportunities for English language arts teachers to learn new strategies and techniques, network with colleagues, and stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field.

National African American Read-In – In-person In celebration of Black History Month

February 18, 2023 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Free

Join us for a special reading event centering African American books and authors. Participants are invited to bring a short passage- no more than 5 minutes- from a book by an African American author to read aloud. The book may be from any genre but should include no material inappropriate for children under 7. If you are interested in reading, please use this form to register.
