HOW TO RETURN BOOKS

A. If you have received damaged or shelf worn books, inform NCTE. Replacement copies should be requested within seven days.
B. Use strong corrugated cartons. Complete the return slip that was included in your original order and enclose with the book(s) you are mailing back. Indicate the number of cartons included in the total return.
C. DO NOT REDUCE PAYMENTS ON OTHER INVOICES OR ORDERS BY THE AMOUNT OF THE ANTICIPATED RETURN ADJUSTMENT. NCTE will adjust the outstanding balance on your invoice. If the invoice is paid, and a refund is due, the refund will be issued in the manner it was originally received.
