Affiliates

Annual Reporting

Annual Reports are due by August 15 each year and are a requirement of affiliation with NCTE (see Article V.C.4. of the NCTE Constitution).

Survey materials should be sent via email to affsec@ncte.org.

NCTE Affiliates

 

Note: Affiliate annual reports are due by August 15.

Please submit the following:

  • 2023 Affiliate Annual Report Survey
    NOTE: this report will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. You might want to print the survey first and gather the information needed in advance of completing the survey.
  • Your dues (when billed by the NCTE Finance Office)
    Dues amounts are as follows:
    $10.00 US funds/affiliate/year for affiliates with 25 to 249 members;
    $15.00 US funds/affiliate/year for affiliates with 250 to 499 members;
    $25.00 US funds/affiliate/year for affiliates with 500 or more members.

    NOTE: this report will take 45 minutes to fill out. You might want to print the survey first so you can gather the information you need and then, just input it into the electronic survey.
  • Your dues (when billed by the NCTE Finance Office)
    Dues are $2.50/student affiliate/year
